Goal: Undertake activities to develop and improve programs, and assist Management in informed decision making
MAJOR FUNCTIONS:
- Initiate research synopsis and conduct research
- Assessment and evaluation of existing programs and projects
- Need Assessment (Training Need Assessment, Programs and Project Need Assessment)
- Capacity building activities – development of training material, holding training sessions
- Database development including Data Collection, Surveys. Etc.
- Publish Research reports and articles

VCD: Volunteers’ activities, Retention, Training and capacity building,
General Areas: Training Need Assessment and capacity building, Skill Trainings
- Coordination with Higher Education Institutions and other research organizations for joint research work (Faculty, Scholars and students)
Linkages are developed with Higher Education Institutions and other Research organizations to conduct research jointly
- Training and Capacity building of staff
Coordination with Training organizations, universities and institutions to have joint training session for the capacity building of Human resources of Pakistan.
