Today, On 12th December, 2025 NCHD Sindh formally signed Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with the International Centre for Excellence (ICE), Karachi Campus for the implementation of the "Each One Teach One” Literacy Program.

The MoU was signed by Mr. Ali Asghar, Director General, NCHD, on behalf of the National Commission for Human Development.

Mr. Hamza Khan Lashari - Director Operations Sindh attended the ceremony as an official witness from NCHD.

On behalf of ICE Karachi Campus Reem Farhan Business Lead signed the MoU, while Ms. Faiza Nasim - Computer Lead participated as the witness.

Ms. Syeda Alishba Fatima , Assistant Director, NCHD Sindh, played the key role in coordinating, organizing, and facilitating this collaboration. She ensured all arrangements, communication, and procedural requirements were effectively managed for the smooth execution of the event.

This partnership aims to strengthen joint efforts for enhancing literacy rates across Sindh by engaging students, volunteers, and community stakeholders under the "Each One Teach One" initiative. The collaboration is expected to support NCHD’s mission to promote education and contribute toward sustainable community development.
